What it does

BMums is a social networking site for mothers, expecting mothers, or women hoping to become mothers. It allows women to share their experiences dealing with pregnancy, raising children, and tons of other topics relating to motherhood. By becoming a member of BMums, mothers have the chance to fill out a profile with a picture as well as personal information and fun facts about their children. BMums includes such features as a forum for open discussions, different BMums groups you can create and join, a photo and video section for members to share precious pictures and videos of their kids, as well as a section with links to mother related articles.

Why it might be a killer

BMums is a great way to share experiences as a mother and to share and receive helpful advice about motherhood. Showing off your kids has never been so interactive. BMums could perhaps branch out and provide even more useful info and maybe some original material.

Some questions

Only mothers, expecting mothers, and women looking to become mothers are allowed to join the site. What about single fathers who need some support and tips in order to fill the void left by a lost mother? Will looking at pictures of other people’s kids on BMums get boring after a while like it does in real life?
