What it does

A new site, Styleshout.com provides a searchable database of free, downloadable CSS templates. Not all of the templates are free like many similar sites that have been reviewed lately, but what Styleshout lacks in economy it makes up for in selection; Styelshout features more templates that are easier to search for, since it divides its database into categories (Premium, Free, Most Popular, etc). In addition to offering free templates, Styleshout also features in-depth descriptions of each of the templates it offers, including but not limited to: size, the date added, and a quick preview of how the template will look. If you choose to purchase a template as opposed to downloading a free one, you won’t be breaking the bank; most of the premium templates run about US $25 or less. Most templates are available for both CSS and XHTML formats.

Why it might be a killer

Styleshout, unlike some similar recently reviewed competitors offers both free and premium templates. The quality is superior and the database is larger than other similar sites which offer CSS templates, and Styleshout is further set apart by a more refined search feature that lets you browse templates by category instead of picking through pages.

There seems to be minimal advertising on the Styleshout site; what cut of the profit do they receive from each template sale?
