What it does

Metaki is a spin on the microblog. This site is inspired by aspects of various social networks, as it takes features from social networking sites, and pieces them together to make this online forum that lets users keep connected with friends all over the world. Users can use their Metaki to communicate upcoming events, and share the details of the who, what, where, and when of the event with friends near and far. Users may also just browse to see what’s happening in their area. They enter in their city, and are provided with a Google map illustrating where all the active Metaki users are located.
